Returns & Exchange Policy

At Shaha Official, we aim to provide you with products you’ll love. However, if there’s an issue with sizing or a faulty item, we offer an exchange option for domestic orders only.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged/faulty items.

  • Products must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In original packaging with tags attached

    • Requested for exchange within 3 days of delivery

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 317 1113323 with your order number and issue details.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to us (delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility).

  • After inspection, we’ll dispatch the replacement item.

Important Notes

  • No cash refunds are offered.

  • In case your desired size/item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

  • International orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
