At Shaha Official, we aim to provide you with products you’ll love. However, if there’s an issue with sizing or a faulty item, we offer an exchange option for domestic orders only.

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged/faulty items.

In original packaging with tags attached

Requested for exchange within 3 days of delivery
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 317 1113323 with your order number and issue details.

Once approved, ship the item back to us (delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility).

After inspection, we’ll dispatch the replacement item.

No cash refunds are offered.

In case your desired size/item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.
